Work at Play (formally Donat Group) performed an exhaustive content and site audit for the BC Procurement and Supply Services (PSS) site, the largest ministry of the BC Provincial Government. It was an umbrella site that housed 8 different websites. PSS is a transaction focused organization that is focused on driving business through its services for other BC Government ministries.

PSS recognized that there were critical navigational, design, and content issues impeding a visitor’s use of the site resulting in lost business opportunities.
